There are some things that we should never have to hear, let alone experience in life. There are noises we can’t ever unhear. Here, I cover a situation I went through while on Watch in the Military. I worked as a Nuclear Mechanic in the Navy. It is already a grueling job but then you worsen that by having one of the worst Chain of Commands on one of the worst Aircraft Carriers.

The masks we create to live in a world that does not accept people outside of what is considered the normal. Here, I cover how I worked through my childhood trauma and growing up through life being different. This was while I was working through an off-the-books diagnosis with my Therapist of being on the Spectrum and how I use masks to hide my true feelings instead of dealing with it at the time.
